Murton CC COVID-19 Action Plans
RETURN TO CRICKET
Murton Cricket Club - Action Plan
After a delay of 3 months, the government have allowed domestic and grass roots cricket to recommence after the current COVID-19 pandemic crisis. The ECB under advice from the government and NHS England have released new guidance on the Action plans that clubs across the country must adopt, to ensure a safe and secure return of cricket action.
In the very short time from the government and ECB announcement that cricket could recommence, the Management Committee of Murton CC have worked hard to complete all risk assessments and have created Murton CC specific action plans that we respectively request all players (both home and away players), members, parents, visitors and spectators must follow and comply with to ensure Murton CC is a safe and COVID secure facility.
We request all players, members and visitors review the action plans and familiarize themselves with the new guidance. We appreciate that these unprecedented times are difficult and currently are very much different from previous years. As well as the action plans below, there will be signs and guidance posted within Murton CC ground on matchdays for all to follow.
If anyone should have any queries, please contact Murton CC Chairman Ian Graham - or any member of Murton CC Management Committee
